Lisa is the director of Big Machines Academy, heading the program’s enrollment and operations. Here, she creates a welcoming and supportive environment with her people-first mindset to ensure every student feels valued from day one through certification. A proud mother of three as well as a leader in operations management, she comes to the Academy after working alongside the Crossroads Asphalt & Recycling’s president and chairman for 20 years.

Instructor

A standout team member at Crossroads Asphalt & Recycling and the Operations Union, Mike Hall brings 15 years of experience in heavy equipment operations to Big Machines Academy. As an instructor, Mike blends his technical know-how with personal, on-the-job anecdotes to bring his lessons to life. Outside of his career in construction, Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, hunting, and fishing on Lake Erie.
